Returns & Cancellations Policy
Our goods are personalised and made to order; under UK/EU law, this exempts them from the usual 14-day return policy. We won’t accept returns or exchanges once production has begun.
If you’d like to cancel or change your order, please notify us before production starts—typically once you’ve approved your design proof or we've begun manufacturing.
For damaged, faulty, or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a resolution.
Shipping Policy
Processing times:
- Cake Toppers: dispatch within 7 working days
- Other items: dispatch within 10 working days
We ship via Royal Mail or Evri (depending on the order), and tracking info is provided when available. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination.
Please check your address carefully at checkout—errors can delay delivery, and we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect addresses. After dispatch, we are not liable for courier delays, weather issues, or other circumstances beyond our control—but we’ll happily help you contact the courier if needed.
If you need your order urgently, just reach out before placing it, and we’ll try to make arrangements.
